At Virtually Connected, we offer free consultations to help families understand their child’s needs and explore the best support options. When you schedule a consultation, you’ll meet with one of our owners, Sarah, OTR/L and/or Birgit, MS, CCC-SLP, virtual special education specialists since 2009 — each with extensive experience working with children around the world with special needs.

Whether you’re considering speech therapy, occupational therapy, special education services, counseling, an evaluation, or any of our many support services, we’re here to help.

 

How Our Free Consultation Works

✅ Step 1: Schedule Your Free Consultation

• This session is for parents only

✅ Step 2: Discuss Your Concerns

• We’ll talk about your child’s strengths and challenges.

• We’ll ask about any previous evaluations, therapy, or school support they’ve received.

• You’ll have time to ask questions and share your concerns and goals.

✅ Step 3: Create a Personalized Plan

• Based on our discussion, we’ll recommend therapy, evaluation, or teacher support as needed.

• You’ll receive a clear plan outlining next steps.

✅ Step 4: Sign & Get Started

• We’ll send you a contract and paperwork to complete.

• Once everything is set, we’ll match you with a provider that best suits your child's needs, and start scheduling sessions—no waitlists!
